After signing up, browse the Web site and select titles you would like to read by clicking the red Add button. These books are added to your reading list. We automatically ship the number of books your membership plan allows. The remaining books on your list will be queued up for future orders. We recommend keeping at least 10-15 books (more for 9 and 12 at-a-time plans) on your list at all times for the greatest enjoyment. When you return books you have read in the provided prepaid return mailer, we automatically ship your next selections. In the event your next selections are unavailable, we'll ship the first available books on your list in the priority added. If your list currently has no available books on it, we'll order the first 2 to 3 books on your list from one of our distributors and ship your order the following business day (older books have limited availability).
Orders are shipped 2 books per order, 3 for 9 and 12 at-a-time members (2, 4, and 6 at-a-time members must return 2 books at a time, 3 for 9 and 12 at-a-time members. Failure to return the correct number of books will result in the delay of your next order.). 4 and 6 at-a-time membership plans can circulate multiple orders of 2 books each, 3 for 9 and 12 at-a-time plans. Rotating multiple orders allows you to always have books coming or going. This offsets shipping time and maximizes your ability to rent books. Orders are shipped via Media Mail and should arrive within 5-10 business days. Booksfree has partnered with SmartMail to insure the best possible consistency with regard to delivery.
