Add titles to your queue by clicking on the red "Add" button. We will automatically ship the number of books your membership allows. The more titles you add to your queue the less likely you will see a shipping delay. If you only add a small number of titles and we do not have them in-stock at the time of your order, we must order a new copy from our distributor which adds 1-2 business days.
We ship all orders via the USPS. Book orders are shipped Media Mail (3-10 business days) and audiobooks are shipped First Class (2-5 business days). Shipping times vary from state-to-state and order-to-order. If you experience a shipping problem, please use the "Report Problem" link on your "Orders" page. If that does not solve your problem, please visit our help center
You can keep the books (or audiobooks) as long as you want. There are never any due dates or late fees. We do recommend you send the appropriate number of titles back when you are finished reading (or listening) to them. The sooner we receive your returns the sooner we can send you your next order. If you fall in love with a book (or audiobook), you can keep it at a discount on your "Orders" page.
Book members are required to return the same number they receive in each order (book members will find a return mailer tucked neatly in one of the books). We do allow members to send back different titles from different orders. If book members fail to return the correct number of titles, there will be a delay until the correct number is received. Audiobook orders are shipped individually and simply need to be returned in the same mailer they were received in.

You can share your queue, current orders, recent rental activity, and favorite authors with others by sending them your personal RSS feed. They can bookmark the link and it will keep up with your changes.
