Andrew E. Bilinski

Mr. Andrew E. Bilinski is Chairman of the Board and Founder of booksfree.com Corporation.
Mr. Bilinski was born February 22, 1948, in Rochester, New York. He served with the infantry in the US Marine Corps from 1968 to 1969. After his return from Vietnam, he graduated from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science in 1971, and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering in 1973.
In 1973, Mr. Bilinski joined Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Corporation as a systems engineer. During eleven years with EDS, he performed as a system engineer, systems manager, deputy project manager, project manager, and engineering manager. Mr. Bilinski joined Information Systems and Networks Corporation (ISN) in 1983 as a group vice president for systems integration.
In 1985, Mr. Bilinski was appointed by the Reagan administration to the Air Force as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Information Systems Management. He assumed the responsibilities of Deputy Assistant Secretary for Command and Control, Communications and Computer Systems in March 1987. Mr. Bilinski was a vice president at Lockheed Missile and Space Company prior to joining BDM in 1989.
He joined BDM International in 1989 as a Corporate Vice President and was later promoted to Group Vice President. He was responsible for management of all large software and systems integration programs for BDM Federal, Inc. He also directed BDM's International Gulf Operations division with contracts for the Royal Saudi Arabian Air Force, the Royal Saudi Land Forces, and the government of Kuwait. During this time, he chaired the software sub-committee for the Fairfax County Information Technology Assessment Group.
In 1996, he left BDM to focus on full-time management of the family's investments. His investment focus has been in publicly traded equity investments in high technology companies. He has invested locally in Internet related start-ups, an Internet bank and real estate. He has also invested in private Asian investments.
He was a member of the Republican National Committee and Vice President Dan Quayle's National Finance Committee. He is a member of the Disabled American Veterans, Military Order of the Purple Heart, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. In 1994, Mr. Bilinski was one of the recipients of the "Federal 100" Award.
W. Douglas Ross

Mr. W. Douglas Ross is President, CEO and Founder of booksfree.com Corporation.
Mr. Ross was born June 17, 1942, in Richmond, Virginia. He is a 1964 graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, majoring in Business Administration. He served in the U.S. Air Force after college, attaining the rank of Captain prior to his honorable discharge in 1968.
In 1968, Mr. Ross joined Honeywell Corp in their Federal Computer Sales Division. He was successful in both sales and project management positions with Honeywell until his departure in 1973, at which time he joined Hazeltime Corporation as their Federal Sales Manager later being promoted to their District Manager.
In 1978, Mr. Ross formed a computer distribution firm, Comsel Corporation, with two other associates. He has successfully managed Comsel for over 22 years, having twice been honored among the INC 500 top privately held companies.
Mr. Ross is on the Board of Directors of the National Kidney Foundation and is active in the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. He is also a partner in Comsel Realty Associates, a firm specializing in commercial property leases.
Judith (Judy) N. Huntzinger
Director
Mrs. Huntzinger received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University in 1977. Shortly thereafter she received her CPA certification.
She joined Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (KPMG) in 1977. Mrs. Huntzinger was an audit senior, responsible for the coordination, supervision, and evaluation on numerous audit engagements for major corporations.
In 1981 she joined BDM International and was employed in positions of increasing responsibility until the company was acquired by TRW in 1997. Mrs. Huntzinger was a key member of the management team of BDM and during that period, annual revenue rose from $83 million to over $1 billion. During her tenure, the Company successfully grew both internally and through a number of strategic acquisitions. BDM evolved from being primarily a professional and technical services firm serving U.S. Government agencies, to a multinational systems and information technology enterprise serving both public sector and commercial clients.
As Corporate Vice President and Controller of the parent company, Mrs. Huntzinger was responsible as the chief accounting officer for the financial books and records of the publicly-traded company to include the functions of consolidated financial reporting, taxation, treasury, internal audit, insurance and risk management. A primary function was to assist in the diversification and acquisition process by conducting due diligence and financial modeling and analysis. Mrs. Huntzinger monitored the financial subsidiary activity worldwide on a monthly basis. In addition, she was the primary interface with the independent public accountants to obtain audited financial statements filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Internal Revenue Service to address inquiries, and financial institutions to ensure optimum financing and enhance corporate cash management.
Since May 1998, Mrs. Huntzinger has been an independent consultant assisting companies with merger acquisition analysis, preparation for the initial public offering of stock, as well as strategic analysis to improve profitability and shareholder value. Her clients include such firms as The Carlyle Group, Crestar Bank, TRW, LCC International and others.
Vera Vaswani Chawla
Director
Ms. Vera V. Chawla joined the board of directors of booksfree.com Corporation in January 2000.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics in 1971, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering in 1974, both from the University of Virginia.
In June 1974, Ms. Chawla joined NASA at the Goddard Space Flight Center. As a Systems & Applications Programmer, she was responsible for analysis, design, coding & implementation for the systems that tracked the Apollo, ERTS, Skylab and other missions for making differential corrections and combining telemetry inputs & other observations to relate spacecraft positions.
In 1975, she joined the Boeing Aerospace Company as a Project Leader. Ms. Chawla worked at the Pentagon to develop a software strategic war-gaming model for a variety of military aircraft, flying over varying terrains, in different weather conditions and with varying payloads for a full simulation of battle conditions.
Ms. Chawla joined General Electric Corporation in June 1977 as Manager of High-Speed Text R&D for the Space Division. She managed a tem of systems programmers to implement high-speed text algorithms imbedded in a hardware chip -- a state-of-the-art concept at the time. Promoted to Manager of Technology Transfer in the Aerospace Group, she was responsible for advancing the latest technologies in hardware, software and telecommunications to the Group staff. She was also selected for training at GE's Management Development Institute at Croton-on-Hudson in NY.
In 1982, Ms. Chawla joined Information Systems and Networks Corporation (ISN) and served in various technical and management roles. She was quickly promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company with overall management responsibility for over 600 employees, and more than $60 million in annual revenues. During her tenure, ISN became the Top 5 fastest growing companies in the US for 5 years in a row, won Senate Productivity Awards and over $500 million in federal and commercial contracts in the US and overseas.
She is a Trustee and on the Board of Directors for Adventist Healthcare Corporation, a $500 million healthcare corporation. She is on the Board of Advisors for Georgetown University, College of Arts & Sciences. She was Vice-Chairperson, Maryland Grand Jury, Montgomery County in 1998 and 1999. She is a member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers and the Association of Computing Machinery.
Marilyn Tucker Quayle

Marilyn Tucker Quayle joined the board of directors of booksfree.com Corporation in January 2000.
Mrs. Quayle was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. A product of the Indianapolis Public School system, Mrs. Quayle graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis.
Mrs. Quayle practiced law in Huntington, Indiana and then worked with her husband while he was a United States Congressman and United States Senator.
During her husband's tenure as Vice President of the United States, Mrs. Quayle served on many boards, commissions, and committees. She was on the board of the Federal Management Agency; served as Chairman of the International Disasters Advisory Committee for the Agency for International Development; was the National Cancer Institute's national spokesperson for NCI's Breast Cancer Summits and worked closely with the NCI to raise public awareness about breast cancer. She also served on the United States special high-level council for the International Decade for Natural Hazard Reduction.
Mrs. Quayle is a currently a partner in the law form of Krieg, DeVault, Alexander & Capeheart where she practices general corporate law, emphasizing mergers and acquisitions, international law, and health care law.
Mrs. Quayle is active on several corporate and charitable boards and has received numerous national and international recognition and awards for her work. The Quayles are the parents of three children and reside in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
Dr. Kai Frhr Von Schilling

Dr. Von Schilling is the Managing Partner for Roses Business Consulting advising media management and entrepreneurs on strategic marketing and finance.
Previously Kai was the founder & Chief Marketing Officer for Tanto AG, a listing company in the German content syndication market.
Kai studied law at the University of Heidelberg and Mannheim, received his Masters of Business Administration and then in 1998 received his Ph.D. in Economics from Vysoka Skola Ekonomicka in Prague, CR.
Currently, Kai sits on the Board of five companies, all but one operating in the media/software industry.
W. R. (Buz) Rollins

Prior to founding Bloodys by Buz Gourmet Ventures™, Buz focused on team building leadership and turnaround management with both large and small businesses; and performed domestic and international consulting across diverse business and federal sectors following combat leadership assignments in the U.S. Army. He is dedicated to adding value in all facets of professional and personal life through leadership coaching. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norwich University.
Founder and principal of Cabot Group LLC, a performance enhancement, consulting firm now focusing on distribution of Bloodys by Buz™ products. He has a number of leadership and managerial achievements with organizations in both private and public sectors. Buz's philosophy is based on a belief that strong leadership must be present and engaged before management can be effective. This is clearly reflected in his work, presentations, publications, and executive training and coaching.
While a senior manager with General Dynamics Land Systems Division, Buz was instrumental in the introduction of the M1 Abrams Main Battle Tank to the international market, the development of diversification programs, and the introduction of project management training techniques that became a model for the corporation. He was also the first non-engineer to direct an engineering development program, which subsequently became the Marine Systems Division.
Among his experiential published articles and presentations are Setting The Climate For Success, How To Inspect Your Organization From The Outside In, Leaders Are Hatched, Not Born, The Alchemy Of Team Building, and Doing The Right Thing.
Serving in a number of various consulting roles since 1986, both inside and outside of organizations, Buz has continually reminded team members that leaders and managers are always "on stage", setting the climate and example within and outside of their organizations. His programs and leadership have made a major positive difference in the quality of organizations, their leaders, and the personal and professional lives of their teams.
Buz is past president of the Board of Directors of the Center for Multicultural Human Services, a non-profit organization serving thousands of new Americans, refugees, and torture victims who are attempting to reconstruct productive lives.
Jerry T. Hines
Director
Mr Hines received his BS, Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee in 1971. He received his MS degree in Human Resource Management from Pepperdine University.
Currently, Jerry is the CEO and founder of Hines3 Service Corp. Hines3 Service Corp provides facility management and maintenance of commercial and government property, including office buildings, military facilities and properties owned by REIT.
Mr. Hines was COO and co-founder of the Cube Corp. from 1994-2005. Cube Corp. was a $110 million Government contracting operation that was sold in 2005.
Prior to 1994, Mr. Hines held several senior positions with American Operations Corp. and Global Associates.
Mr. Hines served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1988, honorably retired in 1988 at the rank of Lt. Cornel.
Mr. Hines is married and has 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren.
Mary Anne Tinio Fadul
Comptroller and Secretary of the Board
Mrs. Mary Anne T. Fadul was appointed the Comptroller and Secretary of the Board of booksfree.com Corporation in January 2000.
Mrs. Fadul was born on March 30, 1955, in Manila, Philippines. She migrated to the United States with her family in September 1972. She attended George Washington University and George Mason University's School of Business Administration major in Accounting.
In 1975, while in college, she joined the staff of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in the Consular Section and as Ambassador's Secretary.
An architectural firm, Olivola/Parker & Associates, PC hired Mrs. Fadul in 1981, as the Office Manager/Business Administrator. As a start-up company, she was responsible for setting up the accounting system, general office filing system, employee benefit packages that included health, dental, life, disability and profit sharing, etc.
She left OPA in December 1987, to move with her family for "seven and one-half wonderful years" in Cairo, Egypt related to her husband's employment. She was involved with the Maadi Women's League, a group of expatriates' wives whose mission was to assist new families joining the community and raising funds for various charities in the Cairo Metropolitan area.
Upon the families' move back to the United States in 1995, Mrs. Fadul settled the family first in their new home, new school, and new environment before joining Comsel Corporation in October 1997, as Controller. She recently co-chaired the Philippine Festival Committee, a month long celebration by Filipino-Americans of the Philippines' 102nd Independence from Spain.
