by Ronald Williams Jr
Ronald Williams, Jr., is a mail handler working for the United States Postal Service. This is his second book, and it goes deeper inside LiteBlue to further explore his trials and tribulations in a processing and distribution center. He knows that mail is big business and he enjoys the work. He's not so optimistic about the attitudes and behaviors he has to deal with on a regular basis. He expects this book will open the door for discussion and better communication in all organizations. No matter what your occupation is or the leadership role you hold, you will be able to take away some valuable tips from the trenches on respecting the talent, diversity, cultures, and backgrounds of all employees in the work force. Don't be fooled by the brevity of these pages. It's intentional for people on the move who don't have a whole lot of time to read. You'll get a chuckle out of reality, but better than that, you'll appreciate that sooner or later people are going to be sick and tired of being put on mute. I hope my readers will be encouraged to fight back by writing back. If we can't think inside the box and put people in front of mail, we'll never be able to think outside the box to efficiently grow the business.
