My poetry came from what I've seen everywhere I go and the people whom I see, whether they're in love, their spirituality with God or just life in general, but mostly my poems are my way of expressing how I feel about people or about my family. When I think about what I want to write, I just put it down on paper. In other words, I let my pen or my pencil do the writing or speaking for me. I would like my poems to touch those who are feeling sad or angry or depressed to read my poems and have a sense of warmth like a pair of hands holding them like a blanket of comfort.
