Always enjoying working with kids, Vince never thought about turning his passion into a career until his sophomore year of college at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After graduating in 2006 with a degree in elementary education, he devoted time to write Six Summers, his first novel. Vince now works as a teacher for Chicago Public Schools.
