It provides a behind-the-scenes look at the story arc A SEASON OF MISTS from the perspective of Dream's sisters Death, Delirium, and Despair, illustrated with cute, big-eyed shojo manga-style black-and-white art. Lucifer, King of Hell, has abdicated, closed down Hell, and freed all of its inhabitants. As a result, hordes of previously damned spirits invade Death's realm and take up all the space on her couch.
