Zain was many things to Asa, solid, firm, masculine, powerful, the god of all men, and her boss. Her cousin Brent, also an employee of Execute gave her warning concerning their employer. Asa simply ignored him on the outside while her blood moved in waves exciting every particle of her being, body and soul. He annoyed her, yet thrilled her. His voice, his body, the way he moved, everything about him. But he was pushing her, maybe pushing her too far. Zain could not understand her. One look and he figured his partner had hired Asa Taylor for her looks, as a joke, maybe trying to do him a favor. This was no favor. Her cool attitude left him burning inside. He wanted this woman. That night they discovered so many important details in their lives and their souls binding them to an unspoken commitment, freeing them both to express the love he knew they felt for each other, but convincing her of this phenomenon would be a task all in itself. Pamela Leigh Starr was born and raised in New Orleans where she still lives and teaches elementary school. She is a graduate of Xavier University with graduate studies in mathematics at Loyola University. She is married and has three children. Pam traces her writing career back to the 7th grade when she and a classmate collaborated on an illustrated short story entitled "The Terrifying Night." This is Ms. Starr's second Indigo love story; her first, entitled Fate was published in 1999.
