Ernest Frederick Staeps is a retired civil engineer, BSCE, with an equivalency master's in industrial psychology. His avocation for many years has been writing, especially poetry. His views on many subjects, although occasionally controversial, are honest truths based on observance and insight into many facets of life, society and politics. He expresses himself, sometimes very sentimentally and, at other times, is blatantly direct.
