This story tells how Kirmayir the Teddy Bear had an operation to improve the one thing about his looks which bothered him -- his arms were too weak. After receiving a gift certificate to use at the New York Doll Hospital, Kirmayir checked into the hospital, and three days later, he looked 'just about perfect.' The concern of Kirmayir's 'parent,' Dr. Jeffrey Shaw, and Kirmayir's increased sense of confidence after the operation, are also addressed in this amusing story.
