The Statue is a gripping tale of two men plunged into situations they never thought they would experience in their lives. One, an ex-priest, is taught to capture and contain evil entities by an Archbishop in the early 1800's. The other is a simple townsman striving to save the only place he has ever called home. Both have been given a gift from God himself to become guardians of the evil entities they have contained. Their eternal struggles reach within the Vatican; for even deep down in the Catholic Church there is a war between good and evil. The men battle to keep evil at bay and, if possible, lead a normal life and then... they face a greater evil, a man who even the Vatican is forced to believe maybe the incarnation of Satan himself.
