The time: the not-too-distant future. The place: Nowhere you want to be. Casper Dix wakes up in his fortified cottage to find a bioengineered femme fatale on his doorstep. She spirits him away to an ominous city of sin where the future is decided by games of fate and money has been replaced by intravenous credit. Stephen Davis, the shrunken king of this dark Las Vegas, plans to use Casper to enhance his profits. Casper has other plans, but only if he can survive the most extreme sporting experience of all: the House of Fate.
