Adrian Centaus, a superior being and Starship Commander, lives in an almost perfect world except for three laws and the absence of freewill. He feels the three laws are too difficult for him to live by, so he steals away in a Titan 10 Starship, a most sophisticated craft, along with another's betroth in search of the perfect World. After many months of searching the universe for a World suitable for life, and where freewill exists, he lands on a planet that resembles his planet, Ineion, but much smaller. It does allow freewill, but it's far from perfect.
