When the USS America, the latest and most intricate nuclear submarine, is stolen, Admiral Jake Grafton is called in to investigate the matter and soon learns that whoever is masterminding this operation means business when missiles are launched, destroying the top floor of the White House and an airliner, and Jake must race against time to stop the destruction.
