The Playboy's Plain-Jane
by Michele on July 29, 2008
Katie Pritchard has her flower shop next to Dylan McKinnon's business next door every week he's in her flower shop for something. Flowers for his latest girlfriend. Knowing the language of flowers, Katie tries her best to send these women messages. Suddenly Dylan becomes interested in Katie and she can't understand it. Since her divorce she's tried her best not to attract attention. But it's not working with Dylan.
I really enjoyed The Playboy's Plain-Jane. I loved the interaction between Dylan and Katie. Dylan was so hopeless when it came to women. He just kept digging himself into a hole every time he met Katie. It made me laugh. But the pain that both character's carried around with them made the book so real to life.
