Is my credit card information safe?
Booksfree uses the most advanced encryption method available and does not store your credit card number. It's actually safer to use
your credit card on the Booksfree.com site than in a restaurant or store!

What do I do if I damage or lose a book or CD?
If you damage or lose a book or CD you have rented, you must go to your account and click on the "Keep a Book" link
under the "Account Maintenance" section. Choose the title that was damaged or lost, then follow the prompts. You will
be charged a discounted price for the book and it will be cleared from your account.

What do I do if a CD will not play?
If you are having trouble with a book on CD that will not play or skips, please wipe the CD off with a clean, soft cloth.
If you continue to have trouble with the CD, please email support.
Please make sure you note the CD that you were having trouble with before you send it back so we can remove it from our
inventory.
